Utilizing the NCR
7780, AJD Data Services provides
financial service companies and retailers of all sizes with
Charge and Process services. Merchants remit all credit-card
submissions directly to AJD. We then sort, batch and edit
the incoming mail, scan documents, and input required data
generating text files and image files
on a daily basis from a
secure location.
The NCR 7780 is capable
of OCR data capture,
creating deposit
slips, encoding, imaging and indexing (audit trail) all
cheques.
The data/image
captured is repaired, then verified by our data entry
department and sent to your mainframe electronically on a
daily basis while the paper documents are held for 60 days
then destroyed. Unlike, other facilities, we have developed
a proprietary software system (iSoft) that enables our
clients to view documents from their desk top. This saves
our business partners time, labour and therefore money, in
this "paperless" environment.
