We have the
ability to key a telephone # and 80% of the time, a full
name and address appears from our thirteen million Canadian
up-to-date phone file. If there is no such name and address
on our phone file we key the Postal Code and apt # and
street # and the complete address appears from our updated
monthly postal code file. This of course eliminates a lot of
extra keying and verification, saving our clients valuable
money.
We also provide
the same function for U.S. Name & Addresses, whereby we use
forty million zip codes on our system (updated monthly) and
one hundred million Name, Addresses and Phone #'s to
provide the same function as Canada. Normally only 10% 0f
the people in the U.S. use the plus four but we provide it
even if it's not on the input document.
